Our role
ATL Concrete Leveling operates an independent referral website. We are not the concrete contractor that performs requested work. When you ask for an estimate, we may share the submitted project information with one or more independent service providers so they can determine whether to contact you.
Information you provide
We collect information entered into forms or sent by email, including your name, telephone number, email address, project ZIP code, surface type, project description, communication preferences, and the date and language of your consent. If photo upload is later offered, this policy will be updated before collection begins.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, response status, and security events. We also maintain crawler logs for recognized search and AI user agents. A user-agent label can be spoofed and is not treated as verified unless technical checks support the identity.
How we use information
- Respond to project and website inquiries.
- Identify providers that may serve the project location and type.
- Send the request to relevant independent providers.
- Maintain consent, referral, delivery, security, and troubleshooting records.
- Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and technical attacks.
- Measure site performance and improve useful content.
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
When information is shared
Project information may be shared with independent service providers that could respond to the request. Those providers control their own communications and privacy practices. Information may also be processed by hosting, email, form-delivery, analytics, security, and support vendors acting for the website. We may disclose information when reasonably required by law, legal process, safety concerns, fraud prevention, or a business transfer.
Sale and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. A referral arrangement may involve compensation when a provider receives or completes a lead. We disclose that commercial purpose here and beside the request form. We do not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, we will update this policy and provide legally required choices.
Data retention
We retain project and consent records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the referral, resolve disputes, maintain compliance records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Security and crawler logs are retained for a shorter operational period where practical. Data may remain temporarily in backups until normal backup rotation completes.
Your choices
You may decline optional cookies, avoid submitting a project request, unsubscribe from marketing messages, and ask us to review, correct, or delete information associated with you. Some records may be retained when required for consent evidence, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or a pending dispute. Requests may require identity verification.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card information, account passwords, medical information, or other sensitive records through the estimate form.
Children
The site is intended for adults seeking property services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
External providers and links
Independent providers and external websites have separate privacy practices. Review a provider’s terms before hiring it or providing additional information.
Policy changes
We may revise this policy when services, vendors, or legal obligations change. The effective date will be updated, and material changes may receive additional notice.
