No guaranteed match or result
Submitting a request does not guarantee provider availability, contact, a particular price, project acceptance, financing, a successful lift, or any other outcome. We do not guarantee a provider’s identity, licensing, insurance, background, qualifications, references, legal compliance, or workmanship. You must evaluate those matters directly.
Educational information
Site content is general information, not a property diagnosis or professional engineering, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Concrete movement can involve drainage, utilities, soil, foundations, and structural conditions that require an onsite evaluation. Seek an appropriately qualified professional when needed.
Your submissions
You represent that submitted information is accurate, relates to a property or project you are authorized to discuss, and does not infringe another person’s rights. Do not submit confidential records, harmful code, unlawful content, or information about another person without authority.
Contact consent
When you affirm the form disclosure and submit a request, you authorize ATL Concrete Leveling and relevant independent providers to contact you about that request using the methods you supplied. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Marketing consent, where separately requested, may be withdrawn through the instructions in that communication.
Hiring a provider
Any estimate, contract, payment, warranty, cancellation, dispute, property access, or work is solely between you and the provider. Obtain a written scope and confirm identity, insurance, applicable licensing, permits, utility marking, exclusions, payment terms, and warranty terms before work begins.
Acceptable use
You may not disrupt the site, bypass security, scrape personal information, submit automated spam, impersonate another person, test vulnerabilities without written authorization, misuse provider details, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
The site design, logo, original text, and graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal project research. No other license is granted.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and referral service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or results. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so parts of this provision may not apply.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATL Concrete Leveling will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; property damage caused by a provider; or disputes between users and providers. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify ATL Concrete Leveling from claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, inaccurate submission, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights, except where prohibited by law.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to the website must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in the State of Georgia.
Changes and severability
We may revise these terms by posting an updated effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
