The process

What Happens After You Request an Estimate

We collect the basic project details and may share them with independent providers who serve your area.

1. You describe the settled concrete

Provide the surface type, location, contact information, and a short description. Photos can help a provider understand whether the request involves a dropped panel, drainage issue, cracking, or a possible structural concern.

2. We review service and coverage

ATL Concrete Leveling is a referral website, not a construction contractor. We review the submitted information and may send it to one or more independent providers whose stated service area and work type match the request.

3. A provider assesses the site

The provider controls its own inspection, recommendations, pricing, schedule, employees, equipment, warranties, and work. Ask the provider to explain whether it uses polyurethane foam, cementitious grout, or another system and why that method fits the site.

4. You evaluate the company and proposal

You decide whether to hire a provider. Verify insurance, licensing when applicable, references, warranty terms, and the written scope. ATL Concrete Leveling does not guarantee a provider’s availability, qualifications, pricing, or results.

Typical lifting sequence

When lifting is appropriate, a provider generally maps the slab, drills controlled injection points, introduces lifting material in stages, monitors movement, fills injection holes, and cleans the work area. Exact procedures vary by material, slab, equipment, and site conditions.
