What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website may store through your browser. Local storage keeps preference data in the browser without sending it automatically with every request. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, and server logs.
Necessary storage
We use necessary storage to remember the cookie choice and support security, form delivery, authentication for protected administration pages, traffic management, and reliable site operation. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent parts of the site from functioning.
Optional analytics
The current site does not activate optional audience analytics before you select “Accept optional.” If analytics is enabled, it may measure pages viewed, general device information, referral source, and broad interaction patterns. We do not use optional analytics to read the content of estimate forms.
Advertising and cross-site tracking
We do not currently place third-party behavioral-advertising cookies or use website activity to build profiles across unrelated websites. We will update this policy and the preference control before introducing those technologies.
Server logs and crawler logs
Hosting, security, and crawler logs do not always depend on cookies. They may record IP address, user agent, page, timestamp, response status, and bot classification for security and technical analysis.
Managing choices
The cookie banner lets you keep optional technologies off. You may also clear site data or block cookies through browser settings. Clearing storage will remove the saved choice and cause the banner to appear again.
